Alleged extortionist Tammy Hands suggested roleplaying during her sexual encounters with a local doctor, her trial heard Wednesday. She would request a mock examination, and he acquiesced, Sarah Sacheli reports in the Windsor Star.
The doctor, who, as an alleged victim of voyeurism and extortion, has his identity protected by a mandatory court order, testified for a second day at Hands’ trial in Windsor Superior Court. He was cross-examined by defence lawyer Laura Joy who described his encounters with Hands as “sexcapades.”
Hands, 48, and David Andrew Bondy, 45, are on trial, accused of using secret recordings of the doctor having sex with Hands to try to extort $25,000 from him.
