Fox 2's Charlie LeDuff revisits the Flint mess and says progress has been far too little since Snyder admitted more than 250 days ago that the residents were being exposed to dangerous levels of lead in their water.
"What the hell's going on in Flint? When are we going to get something done?" LeDuff in classic LeDuff style asks Gov. Rick Snyder in his latest report on the Flint water crisis.
"Well, things are getting done, Charlie," Snyder says. He mentions that the pipes are being recoated, fixtures at schools are being replaced and two or three dozen water lines have been replaced.
LeDuff is unimpressed and says it's unclear where Flint will end gett ts permanent water supply. One resident tells him that if he takes a shower with the Flint water, he itches. LeDuff goes on to point out that the whole mess is causing taxpayers a lot of money.
"Flint's a mess," the broadcast journalist concludes.
