Attorney Geoffrey Fieger shows no signs of letting up in his legal attacks against nemesis, attorney Mike Morse.
Fieger has just filed a fourth sexual assault lawsuit against Morse.
The latest lawsuit alleges that Morse groped an employee at the firm's 2015 Christmas party, WXYZ reports. The woman, who is asking for $20 million, accuses Morse of walking up to her from behind and grabbing both of her breasts.
The suit alleges that she immediately yanked his arms away in front of witnesses, WXYZ reports.
The suit says the woman complained to human resources, and that representative told her that “her number one priority [was] to protect Morse’s reputation.”
Morse has denied the allegations in the other suits. After the first suit was filed earlier this month, Morse said in a statement:
Mr. Fieger has told people recently that he is angry with me because a former client of his fired him and hired me and I settled the case for a substantial amount of money in the past few months. There’s a history of Mr. Fieger attempting to disparage me in commercials and his blog posts.
This is also a pathetic attempt to harm my reputation, something the Fieger Law Firm stands to benefit from. I am standing here to tell you there is no truth to these allegations. There are multiple witnesses who were present at the time who observed that I did not touch this woman as alleged.
This lawsuit is complete and utter nonsense and I will vigorously defend myself against these false claims.
