Alexis Wiley, chief of staff to Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan, was married over the weekend at the Manoogian Mansion, the riverfront home of the mayor, John Wisely of the Detroit Free Press reports.
Wiley, a Los Angeles native and former reporter for Fox 2, married Bryce Moe, chief operating officer of Siwek Construction of Flint, in a ceremony at the riverfront mansion, the Freep reports.
"Mayor Duggan co-officiated the wedding with Pastor Larry Simmons of Baber Memorial AME Church," city spokesman John Roach told the Free Press in an email.
Wiley joined the Duggan administration in February 2014.
Over the many years, weddings have been held at the mansion.
