Metro Detroiter Wins $2.6 Million On Game Show "Million Second Quiz"

Lady luck and a lot of trivia knowledge helped 25-year-old Andrew Kravis win $2.6 million Thursday night  on NBC's game show "Million Second Quiz." It is the highest grand prize in game show history, according to NBC.

Kravis grew up in Farmington Hills and recently graduated from Columbia Law School.

Like most quiz shows, Million Second Quiz involved players competing to answer questions in crazy looking chairs.  Host Ryan Seacrest demanded answers while a timer ticked away. 

Kravis beat out Brandon Saunders, a New York University student.
