After election day, Donald Trump had beat Hillary Clinton by 13,107 votes.
On Wednesday, the Michigan Secretary of State posted the official results after 83 county clerks reviewed and certified their counties. Now, instead of 13,107, the adjusted tally shows Trump won by 10,704, Kathleen Gray writes in the Detroit Free Press. The biggest difference is in Wayne County, which produced 565 votes more.
The state's Board of Canvassers will officially certify the results on Nov. 28. The electoral college will cast votes on Dec. 19.
But this may not be the end of the story.
Jill Stein, the presidential candidate for the Green Party, is trying to raisemore than $4 million for recounts in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.
Agroup of computer scientist and election lawyers think Hillary Clinton should seek a recount because of possible hacking or manipulation of votes, New York magazine reported earlier. Clinton hasn't indicated that she will.
The Department of Homeland Security has said it found no signs of hacking during the election. And the head of Michigan elections says he's skeptical of any foul play.
