If you wonder who may be helping shape Donald Trump's policies, ask Macomb County native Kid Rock, aka Robert James Ritchie.
We found this Newsmax interview from last month with Kid Rock, that was retweeted Tuesday. Rock, 53, says:
"I've just become so comfortable in him being my friend and me being his....a lot of people are nervous and things around him just like I was...now, I drink my beer, smoke my cigar. We talk about worldly things, sometimes he asks me about policy, other times we're just talking about sports."
He also states:
“I don’t like Trump, I frickin Love Trump."
