So it may comes as no surprise that some Michiganians are obese.
The Detroit News reports that a report shows that the state ranks fifth in the nation when it comes to obesity.
The report shows that almost 1 in 3 adults in the state in 2011 were obese. That's up nearly 50 percent since 1995, the News reports.
