
Housing in Midtown Detroit has become a hot commodity. Here's the latest addition:
Sarah Cox of Curbed Detroit reports that the Brentwood building at 487 Prentis Street finished renovations a year ago and finally got its occupancy permit in July.
The building offers up 38 one-bedroom rental apartments that go for $800 to $900 a unit. The smallest are just 450 square feet
Cox writes:
So basically now a bunch more students can live next to the Bronx Bar and pay Detroit 2.0 rates for the privilege.
