Mom Charged With Dismembering Son Now Hit With Murder Charges

Donna Scrivo, 60, was arraigned on first degree murder charges on Monday after the Macomb County Medical Examiner ruled that her son, 32-year-old Ramsay Scrivo, died from asphyxiation and ruled his death a homicide.

Scrivo had previously been charged with disinternment and mutilation of a body and removing a body without medical examiner's permission.

According to authorities, the investigation includes security videos that show Scrivo purchasing a Skilsaw.
