Crazy Warren politics is generating serial headlines.

The latest: Councilman Ron Papandrea was escorted out of Fox 2's Southfield studio late last week after threatening to choke Rev. W.J. Rideout III during and after their appearance on that talk show segment, "Let It Rip,"  Steve Neavling writes at Motor CIty Muckraker.

Papendrea supports Mayor James Fouts, who claims a phony audio tape depicts him as disparaging blacks and elderly women. Rideout said on the show that Fouts should resign.

“Would you shut up and let me speak?” Papandrea said during the show before standing and making a choking gesture, reports Neavling, who was on an earlier segment.

Neavling, who saw everything, writes:

After the segment, Papandrea repeatedly said in the studio that he wanted “to choke” Rideout, prompting security to remove the councilman from the building.
