Amariyanna Copeny, aka "Little Miss Flint," who gained national attention when she wrote a letter to President Barack Obama, is now the subject of a new mural that appears on the former Union Printing Building in Flint, the Metro Times reports.
The director of the Gallery on the Go project, Sandra Branch, invited artist Kevin "Scraps" Burdick to paint the mural, reports Sarah Lewis. Branch posts the mural on her Twitter page.
The president met Amariyanna, 8, during a May 4 visit to Flint.
