Nick Pivot Releases Music Video: Fuck You, I'm From Detroit

Local musician Nick Pivot (aka Mike Nickele) doesn't expect his song "Fuck You, I'm From Detroit," to get a lot of play on the radio for obvious reasons.

The song is one of six on his newly released album " "Detroitville," which he describes as "shop floor country from the Motor City."

Now, he's released a music video for his top song on the album,"Fuck You, I'm from Detroit."

Part of the lyrics go like this:

Well, I come from a place called the Motor City.

I demand respect, I don't want your pity.

You can laugh, cry or shut up and stand tall.

I'll tell you brother, I've done it all.

Fuck You, I'm from Detroit.
