The spot in Detroit's Campus Martius where Fountain Bistro once stood will come alive next week.

A new restaurant, Parc, is slated to open Monday, reports Laura Cassar for Crain's Detroit Business.

Executive Chef Jordan Hoffman's menu will include light starters of tartar and crudo, creative salads, wood-grilled fish and meats, dry-aged steaks and pasta.

Fountain Bistro closed in February after six years in business.
