New Seafood/Raw Bar Restaurant Coming to Ferndale

A new seafood/raw bar restaurant is slated to open this year in Ferndale off of 9 Mile Road, east of Woodward Avenue, Eater Detroit reports.

Brenna Houck of Eater Detroit reports that chef Marc Bogoff and restaurateur Eli Boyer plan to open the restaurant in a 1,400-square-foot space. It will seat 40 people and feature a raw bar with oysters and other seasonal fish and shellfish.

"We can get the freshest of shellfish here in Metro Detroit," Boyer tells Eater Detroit, "and we think that there's a taste for that."
