Nice Stat: Stafford Ranks as NFL's Least-Sacked QB

No reason to get giddy just yet.

But it's heartening to see Matthew Stafford ranks as the least-sacked quarterback in the NFL with at least 50 pass attempts, reports Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press. So far, he's been sacked just three times.

That compares to the second-most sacked quarterback in the NFL last season. Things have obvoiusly improved this year on the offensive line.

“Is that the deal, huh?” Stafford said when informed of the stat Thursday. “I didn’t even know that. That’s great.”
