It has almost become news when a month goes by and Dan Gilbert doesn't buy a building downtown.
Gilbert's Bedrock Real Estate Services LLC has purchased two more Detroit buildings, Crain's Detroit Business reports.
The buildings, just south of Campus Martius Park, are at 620 and 630 Woodward Ave. Gilbert plans to fill them with retail and restaurants, the publication says.
Rock Ventures owns or controls more than 30 properties in downtown Detroit.
