Not Clowning Around: Isane Clown Posse Sues FBI

Sure this whole thing is insane. Then again, it's publicity for the musical group.

The rap-metal duo Insane Clown Posse has filed a federal lawsuit in Flint saying the FBI has failed to respond to a 2011 request under the Freedom of Information Act to explain why in the heck the agency has designated the band's fans, known as Juggalos, as gangs.

The FBI claims many of the Juggalos have "gang-like behavior."

The Metro Times reports that Insane Clown Posse and Psychopathic Records’ legal counsel, Hertz Schram PC issued a statement saying the FBI is violating the Freedom of Information Act.
