Delmon Young

And now about that little crazy anti-Semitic incident that happened during the Tigers visit to New York in April.

USA Today reports that Tigers' designated hitter Delmon Young pleaded guilty Wednesday in New York in State Supreme Court to aggravated harassment. He was ordered to complete 10 days of  community service and enroll in a program at the Museum of Tolerance New York.

Young, 27, who is not expected to return to the Tigers next season, was accused of standing outside the Hilton hotel in New York, yelling anti-Semetic epithets at a group of tourists and tackling one of them. He was suspended from the team for seven days after the incident.

Young must return to court May 13 to make sure he's met all his obligations and stayed out of trouble. If he fails to, he could face up to a year in prison, USA Today reported.

Young was named the MVP in the Tigers playoff series against the Yankees.  He batted .267 during the regular season an hit 18 home runs and knocked in 74 RBI's.
