One moment there's a lawsuit, the next it's gone.
Mmmmm. But why?
No one will say.
WDIV reported that a flight attendant who worked for Michigan billionaire Alfred Taubman has dropped a $29 million sexual harassment and wrongful termination lawsuit against Taubman, 88, less than three weeks after filing it in federal court in Detroit. A Taubman attorney simply confirmed the lawsuit had been dropped.
Nicole Rock, 38, who worked on Taubman's private plane, alleged that he repeatedly groped her, forcibly kissed her, attempted to perform oral sex on her. She also alleged that he brushed her breasts and ripped a hole in her pantyhose and buttons off her blouse, WDIV reported.
When the lawsuit was filed, Taubman issued a statement:
"The allegations contained in the complaint filed in court this morning against A. Alfred Taubman are not true. Mr.Taubman will address the complaint through the appropriate legal channels."
