New York-based Shake Shack, which opened a downtown Detroit shop in February, is opening its second Michigan location on Wednesday at 850 W. Big Beaver Road in Troy.

The first 75 people in line at 11 a.m. Wednesday get a free Concrete of Troy, one of their blended frozen custard treats made with vanilla custard, salted caramel sauce, chocolate sprinkles and Zingerman’s Buenos Aires dulce de leche brownie, reports Melody Baetens of The Detroit News.

The new spot also will serve a Pie Oh My dessert from Detroit’s Sister Pie. Five percent of sales from this treat will be donated to Gleaners Community Food Bank.

Shake Shack, with more than 150 outlets around the world, describes itself this way:

Shake Shack is a modern day “roadside” burger stand serving a classic American menu of premium burgers, hot dogs, crinkle-cut fries, shakes, frozen custard, beer and wine.

Shake Shack was founded in New York in 2004 and became a publicly traded company the next year.
