Off-Duty Warren Firefighter Charged in Drunk-Driving Fatality

An off-duty Warren firefighter faces charges in the head-on drunken-driving crash that killed a Sterling Heights teen in September, the Detroit Free Press reports.

Tad Alan Davis, 43, of Sterling Heights faces charges, the Christina Hall of the Free Press reported, citing a press release issued Tuesday by Macomb County Prosecutor Eric Smith.

Diana Pozderca, 17, was killed in the head-on crash on Plumbrook in Sterling Heights.
