If you're looking for a bargain-priced historic Detroit building, you can't get anything cheaper--or stranger--than the old third precinct police station. A year ago, it was going for $750K but today you might be able to pick it up for the low, low price for $186,000. And it supposedly has a jacuzzi!

Who you're buying it from, however, remains an odd mystery.

Curbed: Seeking more details, we turned to the professionals. According to the commercial listing service LoopNet, this property has been on the market since 2004, when it was asking $1.35M.

The strange lack of information continues with the building's ownership (listed only as "Sunny") and the building's size, which fluctuates between 15,000-45,000 square feet, depending on what year the listing was rewritten.

Well, still better than a half-finished, over-budget jail.
