The Palmer Park Art Fair in Detroit, which is in its third year in the 21st Century, begins Saturday and runs through Sunday.
The fair this year will feature 90 professional artists and 15 local teen artists from the Mint Artists Guild of Detroit.
"We are thrilled with the quality of art in this year's event. We had almost 200 applications so we were able to be very choosy," Mark Loeb, the event coordinator, said in a press release. "At least three of our Detroit artists are represented in the DIA gift shop, and the out of state artists are every bit as good."
The creative pieces are priced from $10 to $4,000 and include everything from mugs and sculptures, to paintings and gold jewelry.
The Palmer Park Art Fair started in 1976 and ran for 10 years before vanishing.
Three years ago, the nonprofit People for Palmer Park and Integrity Shows revived the event.
