Petitions for Emergency Manager Law Gets Their Day in Court

The Michigan Court of Appeals today hears arguments over whether the emergency manager  issue should be on the fall ballot.

More than  200,000 people signed a petition saying they wanted to vote on the law  in November. But a state panel rejected the petitions, saying the font size on the petition was the wrong size.
