The Detroit Pistons, which have seemed like a rudderless ship for a while now , may soon have some new leadership.

Yahoo! News reports that the Pistons are offering Stan Van Gundy  the coaching job as well as president of basketball operations.

Yahoo! reported that the Golden State Warriors, which recently fired its coach, was also interested, but was not willing to give him final say over personnel issues.
