Pistons

It's always nice to win the first game of the season. 

Well, that ain't happening in 2012.

The Pistons fell to the Houston Rockets 105-96 on Wednesday night at the Palace.

The Pistons, a relatively young team, showed promise. In fact, they were leading 83-72 early in the fourth quarter, but the lead didn't last.  Houston proved to be too much, according to MLive.

Houston's James Harden scored 37 points and ex-Piston Carlos Delfino made four 3-pointers in the fourth quarter.
