Could this a break police are looking for in the October murder of Wayne State University law student Tiane Brown?

George Hunter of The Detroit News reports that police on Thursday released photos and videos of two “persons of interest” in the case. Brown, 33, was found Oct. 30 in her SUV with a bullet to her head.

The photos and surveillance videos are of two men in a gas station in the 6800 block of Gratiot, about a mile north of where Brown’s body was found, Hunter reported.

Hunter writes:

The two men may have information about the murder, Detroit Police 3rd Deputy Chief Rodney Johnson said, although because the investigation is ongoing, he declined to say how investigators believe the men may be connected.

“Because we have these two new persons of interest, we’re seeking the public’s help,” Johnson said. “We feel these two individuals may have information as it relates to what happened to Ms. Brown, so any help the public can provide would be appreciated.”
