Is it a prank? A way to simply get the school to cancel classes?
Authorities aren't taking chances.
Morning classes at Grosse Pointe North were canceled Thursday after someone made an anonymous bomb threat, saying a bomb was set to go off at the school on Thursday at 10 a.m., WDIV reports.
Authorities were conducting a search of the building, using bomb sniffing dogs, WDIV reports.
WDIV reports that school is canceled for Thursday morning. Lunch will not be served and the building will reopen for staff and students at noon, with 5th hour starting at 12:24 p.m.
