Residents Boycott New Restaurant that Complained About Hot-Dog Stand

Residents in west Dearborn have taken to social media to boycott a restaurant that complained about Binky's Hot Dogs and Sausages.

The Red Olive restaurant, part of a chain, recently opened, and its operators did not like Binky's in such close proximity. Red Olive complained, and the mall ownership kicked out Binky's. That's when residents reacted.

Red Olive is not the first local restaurant to complain about nearby mobile food purveyors. And it won't be the last, as food trucks and carts continue to grow.
