Robert Irvine, the muscle-bound chef who just finished his 13th season of the Food Channel's "Restaurant Impossible," will have a book signing at the Midtown Comcast Xfinity store on Thursday from 1-3 p.m.
Susan Selasky of the Detroit Free Press reports:
It’s obvious by Irvine’s physique that he works out and knows a thing or two about fueling the body for optimum health. During a book signing at the Midtown Comcast Xfinity store (3907 Woodward Ave., between Selden and Alexandrine), Irvine will share some info from his book “Fit Fuel: A Chef’s Guide to Eating Well, Getting Fit and Living Your Best Life” (Irvine Products, $29.99).
Irvine's mission on the show is to rescue failing restaurants, usually by doing a makeover of the interior, changing the menu and the ownership's approach to management.
