Saturday Night Live-Like Video Calls Stabenow "Worst Senator Ever"

The YouTube video "Meet the Parents" almost seems like a Saturday Night Live skit.

A young woman brings to dinner her boyfriend, who happens to agree with dad that Sen. Debbie Stabenow is the worst senator Michigan has ever had. How cute.

Todd Spangler of the Free Press reports that the YouTube video is part of Republican Pete Hoekstra's new campaign calling Stabenow the "worst Senator ever."

A spokesman for Stabenow's campaign told the Freep the campaign is "hypocritical."
