A second brother has died from a house fire near Detroit City Airport on Friday.
WWJ reports that Cortez Burrell,17, died Monday morning. His brother Quartez Burrell, 12, died Friday at Detroit Receiving Hospital, reports WWJ’s Laura Bonnell.
Detroit police investigators believe the fire was caused by an electrical wiring problem, WWJ reports.
The fire broke out early Friday morning at a home on Lyford Avenue. Firefighters rescued the brothers from the home, but they both died at the hospital.
