Surprise, Surprise. After eight games, with a record of 4-4 and a half-game out of first, the Tigers don't suck as much as we expected. Over the weekend, they swept the White Sox.

OK, I didn’t see this coming.
The Tigers are actually watchable. They are entertaining. They are playing a fun brand of baseball. They are aggressive, stealing bases, playing solid defense, getting better pitching than I thought was possible and several youngsters are exceeding expectations. Best of all, they have a never-give-up attitude.
It’s like a show you discover on Netflix, which seems to come out of nowhere, one where the characters are likable and entertaining, and the first few episodes have you on the edge of your seat (three 1-0 games) and you think: OK, I can invest some time in this.
This is kind of fun to watch.
