Seven-Story Apartment Building Slated for Main Street in Ann Arbor

The Urban Group Development firm is planning to build a seven-story apartment buIlding at the corner of Madison and Main in Ann that will include about 32 rental units and deli-cafe on the ground floor,  MLive reports.

The developer is holding a citizen participation meeting Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. at Conor O'Neill's, 318 S. Main St. to discuss the project, Madison on Main.

The apartment is being built at the southwest corner of the street where a fire destroyed Happy's Pizza  more than a year ago.
