Deputy Fatally Shoots Inmate on Freeway During Scuffle

An inmate was fatally shot Friday afternoon on I-94 when the inmate tried to disarm a Wayne County deputy, the sheriff's department tells WXYZ. The deputy suffered injuries that aren't life-threatening.
