
Shinola is expanding its worldwide footprint.
This time, the Detroit-based company plans to open two stores in the Bay area in San Francisco, according to Annie Sciacca of the San Francisco Business Times.
One store is slated to open in the San Francisco’s Financial District and another in Palo Alto, according to the report.
The San Francisco store at 722 Montgomery St. will include a rotating pop-up shop and will feature shopping events, a speaker series and catering from local restaurants, the publication reported.
The store in Palo Alto, home of Stanford University and some high-tech companies, will create a gathering space for students and locals, the publication reported.
Shinola has stores in London and around the U.S. including New York, Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles and Plano, Tex.
