Perhaps if you're a diehard Lions fan you might find this appealing.

Dustin Walsh of Crain's Detroit Business reports that seats and other items at the Pontiac Silverdome are going to auction,.

Crain's reports that Detroit-based Triple Investment Group LLC will sell the items in an online auction conducted by Plymouth-based RJM Auctioneers from May 12 through May 16.  A single seat will go for $100.

People will also be able to buy the scoreboard, signage, toilets and furniture.

Crain's writes that the auction raises questions about the future of the Silverdome. The Lions started playing there in 1975.

The team left in  2002 to play at Ford Field.  -- A.L.
