Michigan Supreme Court justices hearing arguments Wednesday in suspended Wayne County Judge Wade McCree's fight to save his job.

McCree faces removal for an affair with a woman whose child support case he was assigned to resolve. A wire service report in the Free Press has background:

The Supreme Court knows McCree. He was reprimanded last year for sending a shirtless photo of himself to a female deputy.

A ruling from the state's top court will come later this term.
