The potential dangers of the Internet and Craigslist were on display Wednesday in 39th District Court in Roseville.
Jameson Cook of the Macomb Daily reports that two Detroit men, Jvon Ford, 20, and Quazeal March, 17, were arraigned in Roseville and each face a dozen criminal charges for robbing prospective buyers of a vehicle that was advertised on Craigslist.
Ford and March appeared to weep and several of their supporters sobbed during proceedings, the paper reports.
The paper reports that the two are accused of setting up victims for gunpoint robberies twice in Roseville and then setting up someone they thought was a prospective buyer but ended up being a Roseville cop. Each were held on a $750,000 bond.
