Teen Struggles After He is Shot Over $410 Air Jordan Shoes

Of all the senseless shootings in the city, this type really reigns as truly senseless.

FOX2 reports that Kavon Coleman, 18, a star Detroit athlete in his senior year, has been struggling ever since he was shot Aug. 18 at a bus stop on the city's northwest section, supposedly over his $410 pair of Air Jordan Retro basketball shoes.

The station reports that he has to use a walker and a colostomy bag. He was shot in the rectum, abdomen and a bullet hit his right leg, the station reported.

In the end, the robbers never even got his shoes.
