The Scott at Brush Park in Detroit, with 199 units, is scheduled to open later this year, and pre-leasing is now available, Curbed Detroit reports.
The development on Woodward Avenue and Erskine Street, two blocks south of Mack Avenue, will include an outdoor pool with all-year spa, roof terrace with fireplaces, a pet grooming station and social events, Robin Runyan reports:
Birmingham-based Broder & Sachse Real Estate Services recently announced that pre-leasing is available for The Scott at Brush Park. The development will have 199 residential units, including eight studios, 63 one-bedroom, 120 two-bedroom and eight three-bedroom units. Prices range from $904/month for a studio to $2,849 for a three-bedroom. Amenities also include 24/7 concierge service, private underground parking, bike storage, fitness center, private library, and conference center.
In an apparent effort to make weekends and nights resemble a vacation cruise or summer camp, The Scott will have "a lifestyle curator to plan social events," Runyan writes. Party on!
