Sandy Schreier is the go-to person for fashion designers and museums around the world.
That's because she keeps an estimated 15,000 items, from gowns to designer sketches, in a warehouse near her Southfield home. She has been collecting the items for decades, and calls herself "a fashion savior" because without her collecting instincts, much of fashion history would have disappeared.
