The downtown offerings continue to grow as the Dan Gilbert empire expands.
Sherri Welch of Crain's Detroit Business reports that three new retailers -- a yoga studio, designer sneakers store and a salad restaurant -- will be added to the new 10-story parking garage downtown known as "The Z" at Broadway and East Grand River and Library and Gratiot Avenue.
The structure is known for its colorful murals.
The businesses will join the Denver-based Punch Bowl at the site owned by Gilbert's Bedrock Real Estate Services.
The three businesses are: Nojo Kicks, a designer sneaker store; 7 Greens Detroit Salad Co. and Citizen Yoga, Crain's reported.
