You might recall in 1991, a fired postal worker went "postal" and opened fire at the downtown Royal Oak Post Office,  killing four people and wounding four others.

It turned a rather tranquil day into a nightmare, and took quite a while to forget. It was part of an ongoing problem in the postal office world.

Well, now a store on Woodward Avenue in Royal Oak has opened a package delivery store called "Goin' Posta," part of a national chain.

It has also opened up a little controversy, according to a report by Fox2's Amy Lange.

"There's no positive way that I've really ever heard that term used," Roscoe Woods, president of the local American Postal Workers Union, tells Fox2.

"You can never put enough distance between that day and today." -- Allan Lengel
