The Traverse City Film Festival will feature more than 200 films including an Elmore Leonard adaptation starring Jennifer Aniston and a Woody Allen movie, the Detroit Free Press reports.
The festival, founded by documentary filmmaker Michael Moore, runs from July 29-Aug. 3.
Julie Hinds of the Freep reports that the festival will close with “Magic in the Moonlight,” the newest film from Woody Allen.
The festival will also show “Life of Crime,” a film based on late novelist Leonard’s “The Switch," Hinds reports.
The movie is set in Detroit and Aniston plays a suburban wife who gets kidnapped.
The Freep reports that tickets for Friends of the Traverse City Film Festival go on sale July 13. Ticket sales for the general public begin July 19. For more info click TCFF.org
