Careful, now!

High winds caused a semi-truck to tip over on the Mackinac Bridge Thursday night, barely catching itself on the guard rail.

Mark Schollett of Up North Live reports:

The truck was headed northbound across the bridge when a large gust of wind blew it on to it's side. It came to rest against the guardrail and the wires that support the bridge deck.

Luckily, there were no injuries.

The Mackinac Bridge was shut down for a few hours while the situation was righted. Drivers are warned of high winds throughout the day Friday.

Slow and steady, everyone.
