Let's face it, President-elect Donald Trump has made it pretty clear that loyalty is important to him. And Gov. Rick Snyder showed little party loyalty when he refused to endorse Trump for president.
So is it any surprise that Trump isn't returning Snyder's calls?
Snyder tells Paul Egan of the Detroit Free Press that he's reached out more than once to Trump since the Nov. 8 election, but has yet to hear back. Trump is the first Republican presidential candidate to win Michigan since 1988.
"I’ve put in messages, but I know he’s very busy," said Snyder. "I don’t envy his schedule at this point in time."
