Tucker Cipriano, accused of killing his father with a baseball bat in April 2012 and attacking his mother and brother, has pleaded no-contest to the charges against him, print and broadcast media report.
Cipriano was in court this afternoon and pleaded no contest to felony murder -- a charge that will send him to prison for life without possibility of parole. It comes in the middle of the third day of jury selection for his co-defendant, Mitchell Young.
Jury selection continues for Young.
