Update: Friday, 11:50 a.m. -- The Detroit News is reporting that authorities in in Oakland, Livingston and Ingham counties are investigating whether other random shootings at cars are connected. WXYZ reports that authorities say the number of shootings is up to 14.
Some crazed person is randomly shooting at people in Wixom, Fox2 reports.
So far, no one has been injured, but it seems pretty darn scary.
Fox2 reports that Wixom police say someone fired shots randomly at vehicles in Wixom going northbound on Wixom Road on Thursday afternoon between 2 and 2:15 p.m. and that five vehicles were struck.
The shootings come two days after two random drive-by shootings occurred in Wixom. Again, no one was hit. In one instance, a man taking out the garbage said a bullet whizzed by him.
